Meet Evelynn Leah Doke Sawatzky, born Sunday January 11th at 11:55 pm. Nothing like trying to squeak in a certain date with 5 minutes to spare! She was born at home to parents Katie and Glenn and big brother Leo. I had the honor of meeting Evelynn and photographing the whole family one week after the birth (perfect time to do a newborn shoot!). Evelynn was very relaxed, calm and made a number of goofy faces. Big brother Leo was super excited to have a baby sister and was just getting used to having another little human around the house. He really enjoyed "helping" me take photos of his baby sister (and himself twirling in a cape!) Enjoy the next few photos of this sweet bundle of joy.
